How we get this information and why

The personal information we hold is provided to us directly by you, either by directly contacting us or by using our online signup form. We use this information to keep you up to date with our campaign by email; if you have indicated that you can volunteer to help, we may also contact you by email to ask for more details.

·       We do not share this information with any other organisations or individuals, other than the carefully chosen IT provider we use to manage our data.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we rely on your consent as the lawful basis we rely on for processing and holding this information. You are able to remove your consent at any time, either by clicking on the Unsubscribe button in any of our emails to you, or by notifying us directly by email at info@longlivelochlinnhe.org.uk.

How we store your personal information

Your personal information is securely stored with our GDPR compliant IT provider Campaign Monitor, under an account to which only trusted members of our campaign have access. This account and all the information it contains will be deleted once our campaign is over.
