In the run-up to the General Election, pollution is on the agenda, so Long Live Loch Linnhe are piggy-backing onto local swimmer Charlotte Parkin's "Protest Against Water Pollution" event on the morning of Saturday 29th June, 9.30 in Cuil Bay. All swimmers, paddle boarders, kayakers, snorkellers and supporters welcome - this will be a great opportunity to send a strong message to our councillors and politicians.
If you have Facebook, please register your interest (you'll find the Event on our Long Live Loch Linnhe page) so that we can get an idea of numbers. There's a link to a downloadable poster below - if you are in the local area it would be great if you could be kind enough to print and display.
The timing is perfect as it is following on from our recent email to all Argyll and Bute/Highland councillors and MSP's about this very issue.
